Team Expense Fund Yes,

each Travel team collects an 'Expense fund' (approximately $200-400 per player) to cover team expenses (team functions outside the rink, coach's gifts, etc).

Coaching Feedback Coaching/ Player progress updates given at team level at various points in the season. Video feedback used as a coaching tool. No formal feedback, but coaches happy to chat when asked.
Jerseys Home and Away jerseys/ socks provided by club for first year travel players. Separate practices jerseys may be provided (based on sponsorship) 1 Jersey and pair of socks provided.
Player Number Picked by player and is 'kept' for Travel career (and it is taken with them to the Wilmette Hockey Braves) Based on jersey provided and will change each season.
Goalies Full Time Dedicated Goalies per team Rotating Goalie duties, everyone gets to try!
Referees, Rules, Game Structure Referees for every game; follow USA Hockey rule book and penalties are enforced (offsides, icing, minor/major penalties). Game structure 3 periods, 11-12 minutes (depends on level), stop time  Except for Snr Mite Full Ice games, no refs, or penalty enforcement. 1 period, ~55 min running clock. Snr Mite Full ice games introduce 3 periods and basic penalties.
